1. Warranty
Pinch Shield provides a range of product information including, but not limited to website pages with pricing, FAQ’s, testimonials, photo gallery etc.. The customer also has the option to contact Pinch Shield to ask any product specific questions. Lack of product awareness on the part of the customer is not covered by the warranty.
The product must be used in the ways it was intended. Examples of the types of applications are noted on the product pages, gallery and testimonials. Product non-performance from use for which the product is not intended is not valid for a warranty claim
After the original date of purchase, Network USA (dbaPinch Shield). will, through its authorized dealer, replace any parts, which are defective in workmanship or material if and when the product has been subject to normal use.
PRO Series - Up to 2 years
BASIC Series - Up to 1 year
This warranty does not cover puncture from sharp objects, etc., slashing, cutting, marks from abrasive products, flames, high heat, extreme and/or extended sun exposure, graffiti, vandalism or other damage due to accidental causes or intentional or unintentional misuse. It is the responsibility of the consumer to establish the original purchase date for the purpose of the warranty such as a bill of sale, canceled check or some other appropriate payment record.
The customer must follow the recommended installation instructions. If other installation methods are used the warranty is null and void.
2. Payment
All transactions are based on US dollar currency.
Credit cards using the on-line shopping cart and phone orders
All debits to your account are made at the time of the transaction.
Quadro USA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
PayPal using the on-line shopping cart and phone orders
All PayPal debits to your account are made at the time of the transaction.
Corporate Checks
Must be payable to Network USA Inc (Corporate Office).
Check must be drawn on a USA bank.
Please allow 3 days for the check to clear before the order can be processed.
We recommend that you send payment via UPS/Fedex/Registered Mail
Municipal, State and Federal Agencies
Payments from such agencies are arranged according to established government payment procedures including Purchase Orders.
3. Sales Tax
Networks USA Inc. sells QUADRO products under the business name QUADRO USA and operates under the corporate laws of the State of Georgia.
Georgia State law only requires that Network USA Inc charge applicable state sales tax on shipments with addresses in Georgia. The sales tax on phone orders is based on the tax rate component for each individual county of delivery.
Because Network USA is located in Fulton county, the sales tax rate is 8.5%.
On-line orders for Georgia delivery to any county are automatically charged 8.5% by the shopping cart. There is no differentiation of sales tax by county.
Currently there is no mandatory national policy to collect sales taxes from other States
